RETURNS & EXCHANGES

SILVERSKIN RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days.

Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging (including the hand tag).

The costs of the return shipment remain at your expense. As soon as we receive the return, we will refund the purchase.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN: 

  • Print and fill out a return label 

    If you wish to return or exchange a purchased item, please let us know through this link. You can access it by entering the email address associated with your order and then authenticating with a temporary code. By accessing the reserved area and selecting the order of interest, the Customer can cancel the items ("Cancel items") or request a return through a few simple guided steps. Upon completion of the procedure, the system will provide immediate confirmation of the transaction, and the Customer will receive an email containing a summary of the request and related details.

    • PACK YOUR RETURN AND ATTACH RETURN LABEL

      We encourage you to reuse the original envelope or box. Seal the package securely and apply the return label on the outside making sure to cover the original label fully.  

      • SHIP THE PRODUCTS OR HAND THEM TO THE CARRIER

        Deliver your return to the available collection point or wait for the courier to pass on the agreed date.

        • RETURN CONFIRMATION AND REFUND
        We will send a confirmation email as soon as the return has been received and processed. As soon as the item(s) have been examined by our quality control team we will proceed with the refund.
