CONDITIONS OF SALE
CONDITIONS
The present General conditions of online sale - applicable to web transactions managed through the site www.silverskin.it (hereafter referred to as the "Site") - govern the offer and sale of goods promoted online by Silverskin Srl (hereafter referred to as the "Supplier"), with registered office in Cernusco sul Naviglio, Strada Statale Padana Superiore 2/B (Post Code 20063).
An electronic commerce contract (hereafter the "Contract") means a contract of sale or service under which the Supplier, or its intermediary, offers goods or services through a website, or other electronic means, and the Purchaser (consumer) places an order for such goods or services on such website, or through other electronic means organised by the Supplier.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment for goods purchased online will be made according to the method chosen by the Purchaser, from among those expressly permitted by the Supplier and specified in the section of the Site dedicated to payment methods. The use of the aforementioned payment methods does not entail any additional charge for the Purchaser.
SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
The Supplier shall deliver the goods ordered, without undue delay, within 30 days (thirty days) from the date of conclusion of the Contract, in the manner indicated on the website, or, alternatively, chosen by the Purchaser.
If the Supplier is not able to dispatch the goods within the 30-day period, he will promptly notify the Purchaser by e-mail or telephone, provided that these contact details were provided during online registration and order submission.
Methods, times, costs and all other shipping charges for the territories served by the Supplier are punctually indicated in the section of the Website dedicated to shipping times and costs.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Purchaser has the right to withdraw from the Contract, without penalty and without being required to specify the reason, within 30 days (thirty days) from the day on which the Purchaser (or a third party designated by the Purchaser) acquires physical possession of the goods, or, in the case of a contract for services, from the day on which the Contract is concluded.
If the Purchaser intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, he or she must notify the Supplier by email to support@silverskin.it.
LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
The Purchaser is guaranteed that the goods are in conformity with the Contract within a period of 2 years (two years) from delivery. Unless proven otherwise, any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 6 months (six months) from the date of delivery of the goods shall be presumed to have existed on that date, unless this is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the lack of conformity in question.
The Purchaser shall forfeit all rights relating to the Conformity of the goods to the Contract if he or she does not report the conformity defect complained of to the Supplier within 2 months (two months) from the date of its discovery.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Supplier shall protect the Purchaser's personal data, guaranteeing the full compliance of their processing with the reference legislation and, in particular, Regulation 679/2016 as well as the relevant national regulations (Privacy Code, as last amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018).
Referring, for details, to the Information on the processing of personal data on the website and the related Extended Information on the use of cookies, it is anticipated that the personal data acquired directly and/or indirectly through the Site, will be collected and processed with the following main purposes: to register the order; to proceed with the execution of the Contract and related communications; to comply with legal obligations; to manage business relationships to better perform the services requested. The correct and timely communication of the Purchaser's personal data is a necessary condition for the punctual execution of the Contract by the Supplier, who, failing this, will not be able to process the Purchaser's order.
